Sydney came to visit us for a few days between Hawaii and Logan. The kids love all their cousins so much that they treasure any time they get with them. I love that they haven't seen her for almost two years yet they act like they just saw her yesterday. Syd was so great with them, talking with them, and playing games and just showing them attention. We decided to go to the Chalk Art Festival down at the Gateway Mall on Saturday. It was set up by the Foster kids foundation. People bought a square to draw their designs on and people could vote for their favorites. There was all kinds of artists from kids to adults from beginners to experts. There were a lot of super hero pictures and disney cartoons. It was amazing to see what people could do with sidewalk chalk. I did learn that it's no the same chalk I buy at the dollar store so that made me feel better that my drawings never came close to looking like theirs.
We also took a tour through City Creek so show off our cool new mall. We especially liked these water fountains.
