Cole's end of year orchestra concert was filled with music from the 1960s. The Beatles, the Beach Boys, music from Hair Spray. It was fun to hear popular music you know. I enjoy classical pieces too but this was just pure fun. They had the choir sing along with the orchestra on some of the pieces too. Grandma, Grandpa and Adrienne came to partake of the musical feast. Maddy was at Young Women's so she didn't make it. Such is the life of the older kids... splitting our time between lots of great activities!
I really enjoy listening to Cole play his violin. He and I are playing a duet in sacrament meeting in August and I am just slightly nervous about this. Its been years since I have played in sacrament. So, it will be a great experience to do it with Cole.
